Main Responsibilities


We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer specializing in the Integration Domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in streamlining and automating workflows, managing integration pipelines, and ensuring the seamless connection of various systems and platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, platform experts, and operations teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.


Responsibilities include:


  • Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for integration-focused projects.
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline integration workflows.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support and continuous improvement for the current existing pipelines available in our integration domain.
  • Implement security best practices within integration pipelines and workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration workflows, pipelines, and processes.
  • Establish governance processes and controls to ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on integration tools and best practices for CI/CD.

About You


Technical Background Required:


  • 10+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  • Knowledge of API management and integration patterns (e.g., REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or Groovy).
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data warehousing principles.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment and management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or NewRelic stack for monitoring and log management.
  • Experience in regulated sectors is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of industrial systems, especially SAP.

Soft Skills Required:


  • Ability to drive innovation and organizational transformation.
  • Capacity to provide innovative solutions and collaborate effectively in global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and educate beyond technologies.
  • Proven success in working with project teams across various industries.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to an international matrixed environment.
