About the team
As part of the CRM & Sales Tools team within Global Enterprise, you will build and develop the strategic CRM tools to enable Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Support and other supporting company departments to maximise operational leverage in serving our customers globally.
What you will be doing
• Promotes self-organizing, cross-functional techniques in the production of high-value products.
• Supports internal teams by removing impediments to protect sprint goals.
• Facilitates stand up ceremonies as requested or needed, maintains time-box ceremonies.
• Practices the core agile principles in collaboration, prioritization, accountability.
• Promotes continuous improvement throughout the product cycle.
• Facilitates sprint demos, planning and retrospectives.
• Provides status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedules, resources and mile‐stone delivery.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring:
• Proven experience as a Manager or Team Lead preferably within the financial services industry.
• Should have 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Developme.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• A passion for Agile and a desire to continuously improve processes.
