Experience:3+Yrs
Job Responsibilities - 
- Should be able to resolve Batch Abends in V+ batches. (JCL, Application and CICS issues). 
- Very good at communication. (Oral and written)
- Comfortable with shifts (Morning, Evening & Night)
- Knows at least V+ Subsystem (preferred CMS, FAS), 
- Understand V+ Batch flow and After hours processing and critical jobs and their SLAs
- Monitor and perform the operation as requested by the support team for Production and UAT Batches. 
- Hands on experience on Mainframe operations for Batch run and region issues. 
- Should be able to work independently post knowledge transission and escalate if issue is not resolved on time
- Collaborate with multiple teams during Critical activities and process the request promptly. 
- Understand the application teams request and perform the activities due diligently. 
- Provide solution and debug basic issues when the job abends or an issue happend
Must Have - 
-    5+ years of experience in Mainframe Operations 
-    Knowledge of technologies - Mainframe technologies, COBOL, JCL, CICS, MVS, SORT, Eztrieve
-    Should have knowledge on the followings -  
       o    Scheduling tool knowledge - Control M (handon experience)/CA7/TWS/Job-Track
       o    JCL, VSAM, Cobol, abend resolutions, Endeavour, File AID
       o    File Transmissions 
       o    Handling Priority and Crisis Calls
       o    Incident Management - ServiceNow  
       o    CHG/Dress Rehearsal activities
       o    Control M - 
            - Job scheduling, updating, addition , deletion. 
            - New batch scheduling 
            - Control M setup and maintenance 
            - Adhere to instructions from other team for updating job(s)
Nice to Have - 
-    Experience in one of the Methodologies - Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Agile Kanban
-     Prior Production support exp is preferrable.
