Job Description: 1. Good Knowledge of Laptop, Desktops hardware replacement & trouble shooting. 2. Operating System Installation, Support, Upgrade for Laptops, Desktops. 3. Performance Monitoring and Enhancement. 4. Move/ Add/ Change/ Up gradation/New Installation of Application Software and Hardware. 5. Printer Support. 6. Needs to have a sound knowledge of Windows OS\Microsoft Office Applications. 7. Good Communication. 8. Basically he will be responsible for Laptop / Desktop activity, & Mail application like Outlook express 9. Assigned call attendance & report to helpdesk with closer details with Service Report. 10. Escalate to senior level if problem beyond scope.
