Job Summary: The company is looking to recruit a creative and detail-oriented Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be adept at working within existing brand guidelines. You will be responsible for creating and editing visual content, including social media posts and videos, using ready-made templates and ensuring all materials align with our brand identity.

Specifically, the job requires taking ownership of the following for the Global team:

• Design and edit visual content in line with candi solar's brand guidelines
• Use and modify ready-made templates for various marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to brand standards
• Create and edit social media posts, ensuring they are engaging and consistent with the brand’s voice and visual identity
• Edit video content for social media and other platforms, maintaining high quality and brand consistency
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns
• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms and are visually appealing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and digital media

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai (Hybrid role, combined with working from home)

Hours: Full time (Five days a week)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in the renewable energy or tech industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design tools
• Experience with video editing software
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to create content tailored to each platform
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus
