Job Description
  • To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and adequate quality standards.
  • Coordinating design development, reviews, manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings, written communications and/or digital tools to fulfil project requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the project requirements to design consultants, gather stakeholder requirements, manage design changes and meet critical deadlines.
  • Monitoring the Architectural/Engineering consultant team or sub-consultants on overall design delivery.
  • To manage the change control process
  • To facilitate production of formal project progress and other reports
  • To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
  • Stakeholders management
  • Any other tasks/responsibilities required from time to time due to on-job requirements.

Qualifications
  • Must be client focused and confident
  • Experienced preferably in Data Center or other mega mixed-use commercials green field projects.
  • Minimum of 10 Years experience
  • Trained in Architecture, design management or other comparable design, project management disciplines
  • A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage, design development, construction, testing and commissioning, through completion and post-project review.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters
  • People management experience, particularly in the context of managing large client team, and a multi-disciplinary consultant team to deliver a mega scale project.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Practical knowledge of digital tools e.g.BIM 360, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Microsoft office
  • Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering e.g. Rhinoceros, Revit/BIM, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion/Enscape/Unreal engine/Twin motion.
  • Experience in scope baseline management/ change control work
