Design and Detail: Design and detail pre-engineered buildings using advanced software like STAAD and MBS (Metal Building Systems), ensuring structural integrity and optimal design efficiency.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed design and engineering drawings, and comprehensive documentation for PEB / Structural Steel projects.
Collaborative Design Development: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams to create design solutions that meet client requirements and enhance project outcomes.
Structural Analysis: Conduct rigorous structural analysis (2D & 3D) and design calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Design Review and Optimization: Review design modifications, provide solutions for design challenges, and ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Technical Support: Coordinate with fabrication and construction teams to address design related queries and provide technical support during the implementation phase.
Project Engagement: Actively participate in project meetings and present design concepts and progress updates to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance design methodologies and drive innovation in project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills required:
Educational Background: B.E / B-Tech in Civil Engineering. M-Tech in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience: 7-25 years of experience in the estimation and design of pre-engineered steel buildings / Structural – Steel buildings.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in design software, particularly STAAD, MBS, AutoCAD / ZWCAD. Proficiency in ETABS would be an advantage. High proficiency in MS office suits required.
Codal Expertise: Very conversant with Indian and American Codes especially IS 800-2007 (including Chapter 12 provisions), IS 875, IS-1893, IS 801-1975, ASCE-7-16, AISC 2016, AISI 2016.
