SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


As Deputy Manager in Decorative Retail Sales you will be playing and important part along with the Regional Sales Manager in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, collection, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
You will be based at Pune and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • To create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share


  • To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget


  • To maintain customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.


  • Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.


  • Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided

Qualification:- Bachelors Degree in any field


Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development. Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage
