Job Role

24x7 shift support for International Transmission Backbone network (PDH SDH/SONET, Ethernet and DWDM).
•Work and resolve all Proactive, Reactive & RFO tickets (NET/QHF/FLT) and actions
•Fault management for Multi vendors platforms & Equipments:
•Initial triage for DCN issues before engaging next level of support.
•Raise and follow-ups for Trouble Ticket & work order for faults received.
•Engage next level of support for the activities which are more complex nature (difficult to articulate across all Vendors and services) where no clear path to resolution to 1st Line.
•Engage next level support for config related reroutes
•Co-ordinate with Field team and ensure incidents gets resolved.
•Co-ordinate with Various carriers and ensure incidents gets resolved.
•Carry out Pre/Post Checks for Maintenance of networks. 
•To adhere with the quality and security standards while executing day to day operational responsibilities within agreed SLA/KPI.
•Follow the established procedures and quality standards (%Right first time, spot check requirements adherence
•Notification of incidents on email/callout to all OpCo’s (Operating countries) as per the established information flow.
•Follow internal and external Escalation as per guidelines for faster resolution of incidents that caused high impact on network.
