Deputy Manager- Visualization

Overview Design, build, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions providing data-driven and action-oriented insights to the business for efficient and effective decision-making Responsibilities · Design and develop compelling and user-centric BI / data visualization solutions (e.g., dashboards and reports) to convey actionable insights and enable proactive decision-making by the business · Maintain performance of BI solutions, debug or enhance existing BI products, and conduct quality assurance on dashboards for accuracy and functionality · Identify opportunities to apply data visualization solutions to solve complex business problems · Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to define data needs and requirements · Ensure established visualization / BI standards and security protocols are followed · Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users, encouraging digital adoption · Provide thought leadership and promote data visualization best practices · Make recommendations for BI tools based on latest trends and emerging technologies Qualifications 3+ years overall experience; 1+ years of experience in Azure, Power BI and Power apps Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field Strong quantitative background in data analysis and Data modeling to drive actionable insights Ability to present analytic results to technical and non-technical audiences through various visualization methods Experience with coding languages (Python) and querying languages (e.g., SQL) Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management. Comfortable with change, especially that which arises through company growth.nt. Proactively drive impact and engagement while bringing others along. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new skills. Working knowledge of agile development, including DevOps and DataOps concepts.
