Career Stream Tasks
• Provide input and implement Trade Marketing strategy and programs aligned to the business strategy
• Prepare, develop and formulate all processes related to Trade Marketing programs and policies
• Research and evaluate the Trade Marketing policies, monitoring their deployment and achievement in order to enhance the effectiveness of Trade Marketing strategies
• Prepare Trade Marketing plans and policies to translate current/ future business needs and challenges into effective Trade Marketing plans for Galderma
• Execute Trade Marketing plans and policies to build a strategy for marketing organization brands to various distribution channels (i.e., wholesalers, retailers, distributors)
• Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change of Trade Marketing policies and processes if required
• Understand and analyse ongoing Trade Marketing processes like merchandising, promotion and commercial collaboration projects between the organization and distribution channels to increase demand for organization products and services
• Identify any need for improvement and implementing programs and policies that better suit the needs of Galderma
• Develop and formulate strategies and policies to meet business needs
• Coordinate key Trade Marketing activities to provide effective Trade Marketing service to all level of Galderma employees
• Guide and consult all stakeholders on design of promotional programs and coordinates their implementation with key wholesalers, retailers and distributors
• Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within and outside the organization
