Job Description

Product Audit,


Cleanliness analysis Formulating QZ annual product audit orecast plan approval rom respective Lead plants using VR tool & process improvements Establishment o Cleanliness analysis concept or new products as per Lead plant, test specifcation & standards Assess other PS-IN plants, suppliers & customer locations, plant product audit, technical cleanliness at PS-IN level & training support


Key Result Areas / Indicators: 100% Product audit (AQZ test) ulflment or all products manuactured in BidP1


Coordination Activity


Initiate & implement RPP projects o QMM unction & present during monthly management review Establish MoC (management o characteristics) concept or new product launch, training & implementation support to value stream Provide administrative & technical support in QDAS, training, trouble shooting o tools (Qstat, solara, procella) at BidP1


Key Result Areas / Indicators:RPP projects completion as per dept target, supply o master pump, Injectors to 'A' pump as per daily requirement


Digital pioneer CAQ implementation Q4.O projects


Implement CAQ (Computer aided Quality) or product audit module using Babtec software as a pilot implement digital projects or competency development in digital tools like MAS, MES, Power BI, Tableau, ML, AI Drive data quality Digitization projects under the zero detect pillar  VCS (Value chain strategy)


Key Result Areas / Indicators: CAQ rollout as per project time plan; Plant targets


Relocation projects & Line release


Establish QZ testing or new products(CP4iME,FCU3)  BidP1 as per test specification Ensure sae launch o current and new validation projects (QZ test, cleanliness analysis cross verification at IPN plants)

Problem Solving


Promote, develop & drive shainin coordination at plant level or all direct & in-direct areas to fulfill competence development targets Execution  shainin projects in dept e.g. running top RED 'X' projects based on multi metric pareto in VS & in-direct area

Competence Development


Develop people competency through on-job training, continuous coaching and monitoring Conduct skill assessments & fulfill the gaps by establishing defined learning measures Develop individual cleanliness assessors or PS-IN Plants

Driving RO-IN & Plant strategies


Establish "Zero deect" VCS strategy robust value chain & problem preventive company in RO-IN & BidP1 Deploy initiatives across the plant in areas o data driven quality, operational excellence and competent skilled associates

Qualifications

Position requirements


Education


*Bachelors degree in engineering in (mechanical / automobile / mechatronics / robotics engineering)


* Masters in business administration (desirable)


Experience


* 10-12 years o experience in automobile industry (manuacturing, process planning, customer quality)


Knowledge


* Profcient knowledge in QMM, QMS, Norms, CDQs, BBM and problem solving methods


* Profcient knowledge o basic & advance quality tools


* Competent knowledge in I4.O - Vitalization topics


Functional skills


* Competent leadership skills


* Profcient communication (oral & written) skills


* Competent analytical skills


* Competent skills or process optimization, inrastructure & resources planning
