We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.Job Title - Deputy Manager – Switchgear testingEducational Qualification - BE/Diploma (Engg)Experience Range -2 to 4 yearsSpecialization -Electrical/Electronics·Critical Skills Required -Knowledge of LV Switchgear testingCreating test procedures, test reports, new test methods for non-standard tests and decision sheets"Key Responsibilities/Deliverables·Scheduling & assigning tests to technicians and getting it done.·Interpretation of various international / national standards and upgradation/addition of test setups in line with amendments in standards·Creating test procedures, test reports, new test methods for non-standard tests and decision sheets·Maintaining accreditation of laboratory and continuously following the laboratory operating procedure as defined by IECEE·Preparing laboratory for external/internal audits like NABL, BIS, DEKRA, ISO 14001 & 45001, SNI, TSE, etc., and comply with the requirements on continuous basis.·Creating safe working environment and continuously improving by introducing processes and work practiceFunctional Competencies·Good knowledge on IS/IEC standards and Switchgear & Control gear products·Experience in handling workforce·SAP, statistical tools, Six sigma, 5S, VEBehavioural Competencies·Good communication skill·Initiative & self-driven to learn and implement·Systematic and task oriented
