Experience: - 5-10 years of experience in industrial, construction & mining product Sales Services, handle of big size of Sales & service field team including corporate, mid segment and small customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high focus on HSEQ in line with Normet HSEQ Standards
- Responsible for leading product sales and driving profitable growth
- Developing and Implementing product sales strategies, setting sales targets for the dealers and driving the dealers to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Responsible for analysing market trends, identify new business opportunities and developing ecosystem to drive mentioned product business growth.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including Major Accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product sales teams to develop effective sales campaigns and ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
- Expertise in forecasting, budgeting and reporting in optimising the product sales processes.
- Analytics skills and able to drive intelligent inferences to take informed decisions in driving the product sales.
