Job Description

Overview This role is responsible for supporting the PBNA Retail team with all sales support activities, including (but not limited to) pricing updates, small account TPM setup & maintenance, customer masterdata maintenance and customer portal update. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Building and maintaining TPM tactics for unplanned portfolio and settlements • Process Customer Master data and Pricing request, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements • Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and Pricing on system • Continuous improvement recommendations and implementation • Maintain SOP documentation for all activities Qualifications • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce • Experience of 0-2 years for L3 / 2-5 years for L4 • Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience • Good Data and Analytical skills • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills • Proactive, responsive and results driven • High attention to detail
