Overview This role is responsible for supporting the Asia Bev & GMD Commercial Team with key sales administration activities, including vendor and accruals management, claims processing, trade spend tracking and other ad hoc activities Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Manage 3rd party Vendors, ensuring accurate contact/payment information and timely processing of claims • PR/PO Creation, Recording and Tracking • Track and monitor monthly accruals to ensure accurate records and timely execution of payment activities • Manage processing, validation and tracking of customer / distributor claims, partnering with Key Account Managers and Accounts Receivable to resolve disputes • Support PIMS Commercial team with sales reporting, incl. KPI tracking and primary / secondary sales • Support PIMS Commercial team with general admin activities (eg: Samples, T&E bookings, etc.) • Support GCS controls framework, ensuring test scripts are up-to-date and executed as required • Provide transparency on payments as and when asked for an update on the same. • Act on account payable by collaborating with all the key stakeholders on SOAs • Explore andwork on opportunities to standardize and automate the POBM processes People Responsibilities • Develop winning relationships with PIMS Commercial team and other key stake holders within PIMS and HBS, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided • Support the AMESA/APAC Cluster Sales Lead with initiatives to improve GBS service offerings Collaborate with other coordinators supporting APAC and other markets – facilitate the sharing and adoption of best practices from other markets Qualifications • Degree qualified in Business / Commerce • Exceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audience • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills • Proactive, responsive and results driven • High attention to detail
