We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IBMS Sales Professional to join our team. The role involves identifying customer needs, proposing integrated building management solutions (IBMS), and closing sales deals to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in IBMS, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
B. primary DUTIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Leverage existing Install base for customers to generate sales leads.
- Collaborate with technical teams and operations to drive sales for the assigned region & lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients & map their expansion plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in IBMS technologies and solutions.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions
- Strong understanding of IBMS and related technologies.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized IBMS solutions, including:
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control)
- Fire and Life Safety Systems
- Energy Management Systems
- HVAC and Lighting Controls
- C. Education, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience
- Graduate. Commercial knowledge.
- 4+ years’ experience in service sales.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Basic Technical knowledge on IBMS, Fire Safety & Security systems.
