Role

Role purpose: The role will be responsible for implementing HR Analytical Models with GCP. The role will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Global HR related data on semantics layer for Qlik dashboards using SQL, Big Queries. The role will closely work with product owners to understand the business requirements and document the requirements for Developers by translating the Business requirements in semantics data models. 


Roles would also require develop Analytical models on tools like Looker and Vertex AI.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
•    Understanding of Global HR data/processes (preferable SuccessFactors Systems),
•    Provide technical guidance and accountable to develop analytical models on HR Data utilizing tools such as GCP  .
•    Work closely with SuccessFactors product owners and Data teams to document requirements for Semantics Layer and lead requirement gathering sessions.
•    Accountable to understand the GCP data models and query the models using Big Query and data analysis to reconcile the data and analyse the issues on the process/Semantics layer.
•    Work in Safe Agile models and maintain the JIRA tool as required.
•    Able to define and develop GCP Semantics Models and Global HR Data Analytics architecture for various Global HR systems.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
•    Must have in depth understanding of GCP – Process and Semantic Layer Architecture, Data Models, BIG query.
•    Must have in depth understanding of BIG Query and Analytical models.
•    Good to have skill set in formulating and consolidating large data sets in excel by utilizing the excel formulas.
•    Must have experience in creating business requirement documents. Leading the technical calls to propose solutions and share requirements to Semantic Developers.
•    In depth understanding of Global HR processes preferable in SuccessFactors.
•    Must have worked in Agile/Safe Agile ways of working to deliver the requirements in Program Increments.




Key performance

Key performance indicators [max 3]:


•    Strong skills in Global HR Data Analytics – GCP Process and Semantics Layer, Big Query, SQL, Python, and machine learning..


•    Understanding of HR Data and processes preferably in SuccessFactors and GCP


•    Strong communication skills to work with product owners, data teams and customers to understand the GCP requirements for HR Qlik Dashboards.
Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    5-10 Years of experience in GCP (Process and Semantics Layer) development using big query and other data processing languages.
•    Expert in demonstrating data on Visualisation tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, GCP. 
•    Strong SQL, Big Query skills and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
•    Understanding of the Global HR function end to end right from candidate sourcing to attrition with domain knowledge of Process and data.
•    Experience in Global HR Data / Processes preferably in SuccessFactors or any other HR systems would be a plus.
