Responsibilities:- Achieve annual and monthly sales targets and gross margin for the region.
- Lead the regional sales team by guiding and developing them to enhance their performance.
- Manage variances between plan and actual and takes necessary action.
- Monitors the sales performance (product, pricing and gross margin) by vertical and customer segments for the assigned geography i.e. West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Odissa, Bangladesh.
- Visit existing/potential customers regularly to understand their requirements/resolve queries.
- Execute set operating strategy for that period by product, customer and ensures that the team is aligned to the same.
- Be responsible and accountable for demand / sales forecast on a monthly basis for the region and provide input to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:- Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ Engineering in Chemistry with 8-10yrs relevant experience in Electro Plating Industry with Zinc, Zinc alloys, passivation & topcoats.
- MBA degree is an added advantage.
- Managing sales targets
- Thorough technical knowledge of the product
- Understanding of changing market and customer needs
- Demonstrates positive attitude & good team spirits
- Self-learning capabilities.
- Must have excellent command on the English language
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
