Job Description

1. Work with owner to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls products and capabilities.


2. Assist operations team to submit quotation as required.


3. Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentation to owners as required. Coordinate with the Service Department for maximum results.


4. Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers.


5. Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc.


6. Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers.


7. Secure orders, write out plan margin and work with operations team for commitment.


8. Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted. Furnish the weekly updated list to Business Manager.


9. Provide weekly activities report to the Business Manager. 10. Plan and strategize marketing and sales.


11. Follow-up with customers for collections.
