• Conceptualize, partner and implement digital strategies including future roadmap and Digital solutions to meet business requirements and support business growth.
• Smooth and uninterrupted functioning of SAP and digital applications with zero or negligible downtime and business impact.
• Govern digital solutions to achieve standardization, quality, sustenance, future proofing and cost effectiveness
• Drive relationship, requirement and change management with internal and external stakeholders with regular interactions and communications.
• Plan, monitor IT cost budgets and ensure optimum utilization of budget
• Identify and introduce newer and emerging technology to support business needs, improve productivity and enhance customer experience.
• Manage the team of IT professionals to ensure delivery of business requirements, career growth, talent retention and personal development.
• Contract, supervise and monitor suitable IT resources from suppliers to meet digital requirements.

B.E., B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or IT

• 10-15  years of experience in leading enterprise IT system and Digital transformation.
• Knowledge of diverse legacy and emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, RPA, Cloud Computing and IT Infrastructure)
• 5+ years experience in SAP R/3 must (preferably SD module), exposure to S/4 Hana desirable
• Expertise in  strategic and people leadership skill
• Expert communication and change management skills.
• Advanced project management knowledge, PMP or ITIL certification is desirable.
