Deputy Director- Supply Chain Operations- PBNA

Overview Main Purpose of the Role This role will manage/lead baseline operations for PBNA focused on the Supply Chain portfolio. This includes partnering with managed services partners operations within Hyderabad ODC to reduce incident tickets, improve system stability (via problem management), and reduce technical debt across the portfolio. This role will have responsibility of service level management and operational governance, ensuring in an effective and transparent way IT services are transferred to production support, making sure that policies, processes and procedures are in place to protect our operating services, assuring that any modifications or transitions to the production environment (affecting either new, modified, retiring or retired services) meet the agreed expectations of the business, customers and final users. This means that all modifications to operational environments should be managed, planned and coordinated the through service transition lead to facilitate a smooth transition. Responsibilities Accountabilities Service level management/Invoicing with MSA partners Demand Work In-take governance Change Control/Order procedure with MSA for Major Enhancements Service Improvements KPI and Service reporting Qualifications Years of Experience 8-10 years project management 5-7+ years vendor management 3-5 years of people management Prior experience in managed service model is a plus Finance management experience 3+ years is a plus Mandatory “Technical” Skills Client-server legacy architecture knowledge Oracle, Sybase, Teradata database skills is a plus Service Now (SNOW) MS Office tools Dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau) Mandatory “Non-Technical” Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Influential leadership skills with excellent drive People leader with strong skills to motivate and recognize talent Ability to work in ambiguous situations Differentiating Competencies Working across time zones Ability to influence and negotiate with vendor partners Analytical mindset Supply Chain operations knowledge Positive attitude
