Role Requirements:


  • Oversee the deployment of AutoGenAI to users with a particular focus on training and adoption.
  • Organise and manage regional/sector check-in sessions for regular feedback and query resolution.
  • Provide a single point of contact for users and AutoGenAI on operational matters.
  • Manage permissions and access to AutoGenAI, ensuring sync with the Proposal Information Hub.
  • Oversee and modify the deployment approach and training to maximise adoption.
  • Maintain and drive completion of a value register to capture and quantify the value being realised (pilot phase only).
  • Maintain a register or similar backlog with future product requirements (prioritised with business for impact).
  • Co-ordinate product review sessions with AutoGenAI – including feedback from users.
  • Organise and manage testing and feedback of new features during beta phase.
  • Provide support to the GTC Win Work team to help mobilise AutoGenAI accelerator services.
  • Establish and evolve the co-creation partnership and related processes with AutoGenAI.
  • Provide inputs into the monthly account review session with emphasis on adoption, business impact, and value realisation.
  • Support development of the enterprise scaling case, including ownership of the global training strategy and plan (pilot phase only).

Skills and Attributes:


  • Proven experience in technology programmes and product deployments at scale.
  • Strong change management credentials with a “hands-on” approach.
  • Experience of supplier engagement and management.
  • Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
  • Good commercial and business acumen.
  • Great communication and facilitation skills.
