Could you be the full-time Department Assistant (Engg) in India we’re looking for?



Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive administrative and organizational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, resourceful, and collaborative teammates.


You'll provide essential support to the Engineering Director India / RSC APAC VP, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and strengthening our supplier relationships. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as sourcing and purchasing departments), manage organizational support, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of managing agendas, arranging meetings, and travel arrangements, but also improving internal processes.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Full administrative support to senior executives


  • Preparation and coordination of management meetings


  • Support in organizing roadshows and events


  • Efficiently managing the purchase order to payment process


  • Developing new operational tools to simplify internal processes


  • Providing organizational support to the engineering team

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field


  • Experience or understanding of administrative support at a senior level


  • Knowledge of financial processes including budgeting and expense management

  • Strong IT and presentation skills


  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
