What you’ll do

The role is to oversee and optimize the end-to-end order assurance process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products as per contract. This position involves addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional departments for successful delivery with the agreed timelines and SLA. Thereby contributing to a seamless customer experience and delivery efficiency.


The Delivery Coordinator’s team - own the onboarding/delivery experience for the Business customers. Role responsibility is to own and implement the provisioning Business products for UK SME/SMB/Large customers as part of the standard delivery model. Readiness of the order received for provision, timely communication with respective customers and stakeholder, including setting up timelines, risks associated, and expectations involved in the delivery life cycle.




Accountabilities, Competencies & KPI’s:
  • Achievement of agreed KPI’s to meet SLA/ Time to deliver.
  • Delivery accuracy of orders/project as per the predefined quality targets.
  • Adherence to the organizational procedures and policies
  • Plan, monitor and manages orders/projects from initiation through to completion. Complete Go Live and all other associated activities for standard build using pre-defined LWI.
  • Customer and stakeholder management
  • Secures required resources using formal processes and tools to manage these resources, risks changes, and budgets.
  • Excellent ability to work with the team and at the same time demonstrate performance driven by individual efforts and initiatives.
  • Driving Service improvement Ideas
  • Set correct expectations on the delivery timelines.
  • Understanding of delivery of the telecom business products.

  • Customer obsessed: Demonstrates an insight into the customer’s way of thinking.  Understand Customer viewpoint. Able to articulate the customer’s perspective in a straightforward way.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicating proficiently with customer & stake holder when required.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or above degree from a recognized university
  • Order management experience
  • Excellent understanding of Security for MS 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy using multi applications.
  • Desirable: ITIL Foundation Certification, Project management
