Role Description
- Divisional Control Office (DCO) is responsible for supporting the business by developing,
- implementing and maintaining a risk framework to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors.
- Risk management includes creation of controls for different risk types and an environment which implements the Controls and report their efficiency through quantification. Candidate will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues to understand the bank’s requirement and develop an organized and structured framework that will facilitate sourcing and reporting of controls metrics.

Your key responsibilities
- Work with control owners and stake holders to understand the controls and processes
- Source information/data related to controls from systems and stakeholders
- Utilize systems such as SharePoint Online to set up sourcing frameworks and Drive standardization
- Chase and escalate as necessary – propose efficient processes and methods around this.
- Design methodology to determine control effectiveness, scores and thresholds
- Documentation of the procedures and policies as needed.
Your skills and experience
- Knowledge of Investment Banking products / Business Knowledge.
- Have a working knowledge of non-financial risk framework and controls
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills – ability to handle various data formats such as CSV files, excel and ability to source it and process it using various tools.
- Willingness to learn technologies such as Power Platform and Tableau
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced understanding of excel such as Formulas, Pivots and Power query (desirable)
- Very comfortable with MS Office. Knowledge of Sharepoint Online and One Drive preferable.
