  • 4+ years Relevant IT software experience (Technical-Developer) using ETL Technologies.
  • Minimum 4 years of development experience in IBM DataStage, IBM Information Analyzer, SQL, UNIX/LINUX.
  • Strong fundamentals in Data warehousing and BI concepts

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Create DataStage jobs and job sequences
  • DataStage job customizations/tuning for performance improvements
  • Use DataStage Designer for Data Extraction, Data Transformation, Data Aggregation
  • Load data through ETL, transform data and data warehouse maintenance
  • Involved in unit, performance, regression and integration testing of DataStage jobs
  • Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning for ETL DataStage jobs
  • Analyze error tables and resolve related issues
  • Exposure to job scheduler tools like Control-m
  • Expertise in Unix shell scripting
