Who we are looking for
Within Alpha Global Client and Product Solutions we are looking for a DataGX Change Analyst who is responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing changes across our EMEA based DataGX clients.
This person will need to able to manage the assigned changes, including client facing interaction and senior escalations across multiple clients.
Additionally, this person will be controlling the governance of the change, managing the costs and deliveriy of the changes on time and with outstanding quality.

What you will be responsible for
Change Management is a key service for our DataGX clients, and in this role you will be responsible for managing change requests across EMEA DataGX Clients.
The Service is delivered across all clients and covers most IT and Business implementation activities. Projects are serviced end-to-end and include a full range of internal and external drivers:
