Who we are looking for
Within Alpha Global Client and Product Solutions we are looking for a DataGX Change Analyst who is responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing changes across our EMEA based DataGX clients.


This person will need to able to manage the assigned changes, including client facing interaction and senior escalations across multiple clients. 


Additionally, this person will be controlling the governance of the change, managing the costs and deliveriy of  the changes on time and with outstanding quality.

What you will be responsible for
Change Management is a key service for our DataGX clients, and in this role you will be responsible for managing change requests across EMEA DataGX Clients. 
The Service is delivered across all clients and covers most IT and Business implementation activities. Projects are serviced end-to-end and include a full range of internal and external drivers: 


  • Analysis of the client-driven and internal change requests
  • Requirements elicitation
  • Providing relevant documentation (Impact Assessments, schedules, specifications and diagrams etc.)
  • Definition and implementation of the changes in UAT environment
  • Tests in BUAT and CUAT environments
  • Coordination of production releases, including creation of testing plans and collection of relevant sign-offs

To ensure a clear and consistent service, the work on the DataGX Change Requests typically follow a standard delivery model - although this varies depending on the specific of the change request and the approach taken by the client:


  • Requirements gathering, Impact assessment, Plan and Costs
  • Development & Testing
  • Operational and IT Readiness
  • Implementation
  • Hypercare

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in DataGX
  • 5 - 8 years of experience
  • BA Degree in finance related topic
  • SQL Proficiency
  • Profound knowledge and experience in DataGX Data Management
  • Additional knowledge in growing areas like Alternatives, ESG would be welcome
  • Fluent English
