Job Description

The Data, Analytics, and Tools team within the Sourcing & Procurement scope is responsible for managing analytics tools and creating dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making. This team analyzes procurement data to identify trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve supplier performance. A key responsibility includes maintaining and evolving the tools, with active participation during sprint phases to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs. By providing actionable insights and visualizations, they support stakeholders in making informed business decisions that enhance operational efficiency and drive cost savings. Overall, their role is crucial in leveraging data to enhance procurement processes and outcomes.

What will your essential responsibilities include?


·Lead the AXA XL Procurement Data, Systems, and Reporting needs to drive efficiency and innovation in procurement processes.


·Collaborate with the Data team to maximize the value derived from central data and systems and find ways to leverage data to influence and drive decisions without duplication of work.


·Collaborate with Group Procurement to develop and implement the digital and technology roadmap for the AXA XL Procurement, encompassing TPRM and Workplace.


·Work closely with Group, other entities, and AXA XL functions to shape the tooling strategy for GSP functions and contribute to projects in other areas.


·Establish a comprehensive strategy and retro plan to enhance GSP-wide data and reporting, focusing on defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing relevant dashboards to optimize GSP operations.


·Implement robust data quality processes to identify areas for improvement and facilitate seamless handoff to teams responsible for data rectification.


·Take the lead in deploying new Procurement applications and technologies.


·Effectively managing the Procurement Pipeline of activity and savings.


·Provide detailed internal and Group reports and information and oversee the management of GSP Savings methodologies and reporting.

Required Skills and Abilities:


·Proficient in managing master data and developing and distributing standard and bespoke reports.


·Knowledgeable in GSP technology platforms from Source-to-pay, including knowledge management systems.


·Experience in driving Procurement improvement programmes across process, technology and people.


·Proficient at using various analytical and visualization tools.
