What you will be doing -

• Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources
• Using machine learning tools to select features, create and optimize classifiers
• Carrying out the preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Enhancingdata collectionprocedures to include all relevant information for developing analytic systems
• Processing, cleansing, and validating the integrity of data to be used for analysis
• Analyzing large amounts of information to find patterns and solutions
• Developing prediction systems and machine learning algorithms
• Presenting results in a clear manner
• Propose solutions and strategies to tackle business challenges
• Collaborate with Business and IT teams.

What you bring -

• Experience in Data Mining tools, such as SAS Enterprise Miner is desirable
• Substantial coding knowledge and experience in at least one of the following languages: SAS, R, and Python is requested
• Expertise in solving credit scoring, rules calibration and text analytics problems is preferable.
• Experience with popular database programming languages, such as MS SQL, for relational databases
• Experience in data visualization, such as PowerBI.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
• Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
