About the Role:
We’re seeking a Data Scientist with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work on AI model development, data analysis, and deployment processes that support our cutting-edge legal solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that optimize business performance, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and enhance AI models through iterative re-training based on user feedback and domain expertise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of AI solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights that assist senior data scientists.
- Manage and maintain databases and data repositories.
- Stay current with the latest developments in data science, AI, and machine learning tools.
- Document data collection, analysis procedures, and technical workflows.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Proficiency in LangChain or similar generative AI development frameworks.
- Expertise in developing FastAPIs to integrate AI models with APIs.
- Strong experience with MLflow for tracking and logging model development.
- Experience in developing and supporting machine learning (ML) solutions.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Azure AI Cloud Services or similar cloud-based AI platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL and the Solr framework using Python.
- Familiarity with Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Solid foundation in statistical modeling, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including domain experts, engineers, and data scientists.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects in a distributed work environment.
- Passion for emerging technology trends and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience supporting software products or applications in the AI/ML domain.
