Job Description

The Data Records Management Intermediate Analyst supports the Data Retention and Information Management (DRIM) with relevant metrics and insights based on various data sources that provide information about the day-to-day activities impacting management of records at Citi.


Responsibilities:


  • Support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running program or portfolio of programs
  • Maintain production cadence of any BAU campaigns, and ensuring delivery of reports, KI metrics, UKI metrics and findings are timely, error-free and consistent
  • Develop and maintain a robust data repository that will support analytical activities
  • Keep track of any CAPs and Projects on a periodic basis to ensure adherence to plans and policy requirements and to avoid last minute surprises
  • Ensure all procedures are well documented. Collate and maintain all records/proof for the respective deliverables
  • Contribute to the activities that support requirements to satisfy business needs, for audit purposes and for regulatory reporting

Qualifications:


  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to collaborate by building partnerships and work with others to meet shared objectives
  • Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills 
  • Communicates effectively
  • Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree, or equivalent experience
