Brief Description:Data Privacy professional will ensure data protection and privacy initiatives are understood, documented in the Healthineers Data Privacy (HDP) Register. Support the organization with EU GDPR compliance aligning with global DP efforts. You will gain in depth understanding of GDPR and Data Privacy regulations from other countries. You will play a key role is helping the organization meet the highest standards of Data Privacy Compliance.
What are my responsibilities?- Work with business and functional teams to ensure data protection and privacy initiatives are understood, documented in the Healthineers Data Privacy (HDP) Register
- Review contents in HDP Register to meet with required quality standards
- Support employee awareness training for data protection
- Support the business with EU GDPR implementation tasks and aligning with global DP efforts
- Supporting with responses to data protection enquiries
- Supporting internal privacy and compliance audits
- Reviewing privacy impact assessments completed by the businesses
- Assist in day-to-day privacy issues, such as data security incident responses, data protection agreement consultation, privacy complaints and resolution, subject access requests.
- Pro-actively analyzing existing operations policies, processes, systems, controls and training material to assess areas for improvement in respect of data protection and make recommendations for change
- Remain up to date with the requirements of legislation and conduct necessary gap analysis processes to identify and help build remedial work programs and highlight ongoing program risks.
What do I need to qualify for this job?- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer applications or related field, with 5-7 years working experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate between technical and non-technical audience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, cross-cultural matrix environment
- At least 2+ years of working experience with multinational teams will be required.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to demonstrate decisiveness and sound judgement on a consistent basis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and apply pragmatic solutions to complex legal / regulatory matters
- Previous experience with Software quality assurance responsibilities will be preferred
- Exposure/experience with Data Privacy concepts will be highly preferred
- Previous experience with ITIL will be highly preferred
