The Input & Validation team where this role is based is at the centre of this. Within this role you will source, perform and optimize processes in accordance with Nielsen standards, configuration and administration of the TV, Radio & Print Rate Cards. Support the team with a bespoke client reporting, handling, formatting and loading the data delivered to Nielsen with a view to sending it to the client on scheduled monthly deliveries. Data loaded creatives from our suppliers ready for client use on the clients reporting site, carrying out checks on the data supplied, speaking with suppliers and ensuring they conform with the SLA’s they have provided. This role will bring great variety which means we are looking for people that are able to pick up tasks quickly, be proactive and work independently but also as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Sourcing rate cards for TV, Press and Radio and entering these into the relevant applications to ensure accurate spend data is delivered to our clients.
Support the team for a bespoke client reporting, both in production of the work and delivery of the data to a high profile Nielsen client.
Data Loading creatives for client deliveries
Downloading of Print publications PDF’s
Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure quality and consistency is maintained.
Any other reasonable tasks required by the company at any given time.

Find rate cards online/some are sent directly
Entered in French Rates (Media Pad) other in CV management. Formatting in excel require Some entered manually, TV uploaded
TV & Radio rate adjustments required (updating indices once a year)
Press Rate Cards update once a year, will be part of a team to complete this.

IQ Client Preparation & Delivery
Handle data from 53 different markets, formatting them into a format Nielsen can use
Liaise with other teams to ensure the workflow is kept to and deadlines are met
Deliver the data to our client according to our SLA’s
Assist with changes to the service helping the Client Experience team work out timings, costs and feasibilities of proposed changes.
Data Loading Creatives for clients
Load creatives in accordance to suppliers schedule
Format files into loadable Nielsen format
Check number of creatives loaded match expected number
Downloading of Print Publications (PDF’s)
Sourcing PDF’s
Processing them to get to monitoring teams
Liaising with monitoring teams with issues around images
Renewing subscriptions when they expire
Liaise with other departments within the company to ensure quality and consistency is maintained
Where applicable, help other departments within the operations team to a high standard and meet SLA’s.
Follow guidelines for all processes
Escalate all SLA risks to line manager
