Key Accountabilities:
Data Modeling:
Design and develop robust data models using Microsoft Power BI and other relevant tools.
Ensure data model scalability, flexibility, and adherence to best practices.
DAX Development:
Create and optimize Power Queries and DAX expressions to enhance data models and reports.
Data Integration:
Integrate various data sources, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Reporting:
Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, DAX formulas, and reporting processes.
Mentorship:
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Additional degree or certifications in data science/analytics are preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience working in data modeling and analysis.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards.

Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data-driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems.
