Job Description
  • Skilled Data Migration specialist with expertise in ETL tool (preferably Talend) and Dynamics 365 - design and implement the data migration paths from legacy systems to D365 CE and FinOps.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather migrations requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop data migration solutions using ETL tools for Dynamics 365, ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations.
  • Perform data profiling, mapping, transformations, cleansing, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for migration processes, including technical specifications and user guides.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • 6 plus years total experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in data migration 
  • Proficient in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Proven experience in developing data migration solutions using ETL tool and Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in D365 CE and FinOps data management, including data import, export and manipulation
  • Experience developing procedures and scripts for data migration.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE and FinOps Data models
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time
  • Respond quickly to changes and have a proactively behavior to resolve critical issues.
