As a Data Management Lead  at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Data & Analytics team, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives


Job responsibilities


  • Lead and coach teams in adopting agile/kanban methodologies, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize advanced communication and facilitation skills to manage stakeholders and communicate organizational impediments to leadership.
  • Develop and implement operational and transformation plans, prioritizing tasks and managing resources to achieve product goals efficiently.
  • Support FDRM Operations Lead and Product Managers in project delivery and ongoing BAU Metrics development and implementation.
  • Oversee the FDRM Operate Product, ensuring continual automation of all metrics production.
  • Identify trends and contribute original ideas for developing new policies and best practices within the discipline.
  • Create and maintain source-to-target implementation documents, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management and operational leadership, focusing on data risk and governance in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in coaching teams on agile methodologies and project management.
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycle stages and agile approaches like Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to guide teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders and guiding discussions and decision-making.
  • Experience in roles requiring strong verbal, written, and documentation skills, with the ability to conduct end-user requirements analysis..
  • Facilitate discussions, drive alternative approaches, and promote transparency and trust in business development
