Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Design & Implementation:
- Architect and implement integration solutions using Workato and other tools like Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
- Develop and maintain integration architecture documentation and establish best practices.
- Create standardized integration patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Development & Troubleshooting:
- Utilize Python, SQL, and other programming languages to develop robust integration workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
- Innovation & Growth:
- Leverage knowledge of Java, Ruby, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS to enhance integration solutions.
- Optimize system performance through advanced tuning techniques.
- Contribute to the team’s growth by mentoring team members and taking on progressively challenging responsibilities.
- Process Automation & Delivery:
- Implement test-driven development (TDD) and CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Autosys.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver complex technology solutions to internal clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven expertise in integration tools, especially Workato, and other tools such as Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
- Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, and experience with Java or Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture, Kafka, and AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, Git, and Autosys.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of integration systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) principles.
- Background in performance tuning of large-scale integration systems.
- Familiarity with developing standards and best practices for integration patterns.
