We are seeking a highly skilled Data &Insights Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall success of the End User Support operations.
Essential Functions:
As a Data Analyst within the End User Support Team, your role involves creating and enhancing new reporting and analysis using various systems to reduce customer detriment and business impact through swift and accurate analysis.
Additionally, you'll assist in building and overseeing the reporting and data requirements for various business needs
Responsibilities:
Working in a multi-disciplinary Support team, you will:
Act as an initial point of contact for other areas of the business in relation to data and system queries
Investigate, define and resolve complex issues
Review, update and create rules ,filters, etc
Produce and develop dashboards and reports to continuously improve End User Support Services
Produce incident reports to present activity and outcome of operational services and activity
Maintain consistent and clear documentation and definitions and communicate this both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
End-to-end project ownership and delivery, managing priorities accordingly
Collaborate with the cross functional partner teams to help meet business goals
Manage support function for Analytics team
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
