Data Insight Analyst
Labcorp is looking for an exceptional Data Analyst to join the Marketing team and help augment its Insights and Analytics capabilities. As an integral member of a growing team, the Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business intelligence and analytics needs, then mapping those needs to the appropriate data sources and datasets. By aiding data-driven insights and advanced analytics, this role will help the organization better serve its customers.
This Bangalore/ Mumbai-based role will collaborate closely with the Business Analysts and Data Architect to ensure access to the right data needed for insights and analytics. We're seeking passionate, self-motivated individuals who can energize our fast-paced, dynamic team with their creativity, practical experience, and bias for action. This team member will care deeply about our customers and each other.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with Business Analysts to draft requirements that clearly define the necessary data and data sources.
· Collaborate closely with the Data Architect to ensure the necessary data models are available.
· Craft efficient sql queries to produce the desired results for the Business Analysts
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Data Science with a strong quantitative background with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience/Skills
· 2-3 years of experience working with business analysts to understand insights requirements
· 1+ years of experience writing sql and advanced sql queries
· Understanding of key Martech technologies like Salesforce (SFDC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Qualtrics, etc
· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must
· The ability to work effectively across internal organizations and virtual teams
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
· Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
· Good to have - Experience building ETL jobs, Hands on experience with healthcare data
