Role Description
- The Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI) Operations Management (OM) objective is to safeguard the Bank’s Production IT Services with impartiality and integrity by ensuring risks to the stability and integrity of the Bank are identified, made transparent, and appropriately managed. We provide impartial, data driven services that aid in the effective pro-active mitigation and management of risks to production services. In the event production impact occurs, restore services in a safe and timely manner, ensuring actions to prevent recurrence are identified and taken.
- The GTI Central Patch Management Function is responsible for the overall oversight and governance of the Bank’s Patch Management process. In addition to the overall oversight, the GTI Central Patch Management Function provides specialist, independent governance and reporting services for a defined subset of on-boarded Asset Types within the Patch Management scope.
- The resource is expected to analyse the source data feeds for the technologies reporting into the Patch Management process for Deutsche Bank. The role involves providing detailed insights and documentation on how the source data is processed and reported. A key role responsibility is to identify gaps and inconsistencies in the data reporting - coordinating with technology owners to analyze, track and implement the required changes in both the source feeds and technical and operational practices to ensure sustainable, high quality and trusted patch management data and reporting is attained, maintained and made available for both internal use and external scrutiny.
- The role requires an exemplary attention to detail, the ability to question, challenge and propose and to work in a highly collaborative manner with the Patch management reporting teams to ensure seamless data integration and high-quality reporting and KPI measurements that can withstand regulatory level scrutiny.

Your key responsibilities
As part of the TDI Central Patch Management function, you are expected to:
- Analyse the source data feeds for the technologies reporting into Patch Management process for Deutsche Bank.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in data reporting,
- Provide detailed insights on how the source data is processed and reported,
- Coordinate with technology owners to analyse and implement the required changes in the source feeds,
- Collaborate with the Patch management reporting teams to ensure seamless data integration and enhanced report quality.
- Preparation of analysis and requirements documentation
Your skills and experience
- 12+ Year overall industry experience
- Extensive Experience in ETL Tool – Pentaho (Minimum 6 years)
- Expert in creating data flows.
- Modification of existing complex data flows leading to optimization
- Hands on experience of formulating, executing, and debugging SQL queries.
- Knowledge of reading data for APIs
- Experience in creating data models.
- Understanding of Incident & Problem Management processes.
- Awareness of IT regulations applicable to financial institutions.
- Ability to extract, analyse data with attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure and working to tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Education | Certification (Recommended, not mandatory):
- ITIL Foundation Certificate.
