About the Job:
The FileNet Administrator will play an important technical role within the team. This position will be responsible for the technical liaising with the Development team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of application initiatives, including enhancements, upgrades, migrations, as well as back-end operational support and maintenance of the full IBM FileNet solution.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are: FileNet Administrator
What you’ll do:
- Driver paths and other creating shared libraries and references.
- FileNet server configuration & monitoring
- Experience in setting up of Nodes, Data-sources, Virtual Hosts, configuring Session Management
- Event log Purging tasks on FileNet CPE servers on Regular Intervals to clear up old work items.
- Supporting the Windows patching on all FileNet CPE /Case manager servers for soft refreshing of CPE /Case manager services.
- Configuration of File storage on demand basis on CPE servers, so that there is no Crunch w.r.to FileNet document injection from application point of view.
- Analysing & Trouble shooting FileNet CPE /case manager issue on System Out /System Error logs.
- Configured & supported the LDAP changes on QA Environment
- Hose keeping of the Logs on all FileNet servers w.r.to PROD /QA /DEV Env.
- Working for ICCSAP issues on the QA /PROD servers, where we have Instance problem- Raised case with IBM PMR Team.
- Working with PMR team for raising new cases on product related issues and working towards to fix the issues on PROD/QA/DEV.
- Coordinating and Working with Team to fix the FileNet /Case manager related issues on regular basis
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Overall 12+ years of experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- FileNet Certification (FCP) preferred
- Knowledge of all FileNet installations, configurations and integrations
- Good experience in WebSphere Application Server V6.x, 7.X, 8.X and 9.X
- Well versed with database concepts
- Working knowledge of OS – AIX, Linux, WIN
- Experience in a customer facing environment
