Description and Requirements
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced self-starter to work in our
CX department as a Data Engineer. As a Data Engineer,you will be involved
in data Lakehouse developmentincluding requirements gathering, database modeling, ETL and dashboard/report development activities. You will frequently conduct data analysis, write advanced database queries,
and optimize data storage needed by business and/or executive operations.
You will enable daily business activities by providing the foundation of
all federated querying and analysis produced by the BI, and
Data Science teams.
Qualifications
• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Science.
• Experience withe ETL development and coding including validation complex data mappings.
• Experience with ETL Tool Talend minimum 3 years.
• Experience in at least 4 years of SQL to have ability to write sql queries for data validation.
• Experience with databases like SQL SERVER, Hive, Redshift or Snowflake
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
• Experience with Cloud warehouse like Redshift will be great.
• Experience in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI would be helpful.
• Data Analytics experience.
What you will do:
You will be working with Customer Experience team to build and enhance the warehouse of operational data in order to drive analytics.
You will be building ETL/data pipeines using ETL tools and SQL to aid the warehouse enhancement and may occassionaly be involved to build analytics on the warehouse data.
You will have plenty of opportunity to grow by learning new tools and be part of a driven team.
