Role Summary & Role Description

Develop, Integrate, Support and Maintain State Street production systems.

• Responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including coding, integration testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Should be strong in Data engineeting, CI/CD, and Cloud technologies
• Follow best practices and coding standards
• Develop custom configurable frameworks/libraries

• Should have good working experience in Agile Scrum.
• Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities.
• Should possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including support documents.

Core/Must have skills

8+ years of hands on software development experience

Strong hands on development experience on programming languages like Python, Python Frameworks, PySpark, complex SQL

Experience working on shell scripting, Airflow and Data engineering pipelines

2+ years of working experience in Databricks, AWS cloud and ability to Develop/Customize CI/CD pipelines

Experience in building libraries and APIs in AWS Cloud environemnt

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Work independently and manage deliverables with minimal guidance.

Good to have skills

Ability to manage a small team of developers and collaborate with teams in Infrastructure, development across organization

Experience in Financial Risk models integration and Risk Domain
