Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be Part of BGSW Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO), who would report to Chief data Officer / Group manager of Data Office work towards journey of transformation of BGSW to a Digital Enterprise in making it more data and intelligent driven.
• This is a very exciting opportunity to lead, transform, and evangelize Digital Initiatives which includes BGSW becoming a data driven organization leading to – Digital Transformation journey towards Fit For Future Digital Company
• Seasoned Business Technology lead with strong Business Digital and Data Architecture and Implementation background 10 to 15+ Years of experience in driving Enterprise IT, Digital and Data transformation Programs with global exposure.
• This is an internal IT / Data Office role, not a Customer facing, as this is or Enterprise wide Data/Insights and AI office of BGSW.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Business – Technology mapping experience in interfacing Leadership, Internal Functions, Delivery Organization, and anchor the overall IT, Digital and Data Strategy, Planning and Execution
• Interpersonal, Effective Communication, and stakeholder management skills as this role will interact with many global leaders to interface and drive, enable and execute BGSW Enterprise Digital Transformation roadmap, and broad coverage of Pre-Sales and Solutioning expertise.
• Architecting, blue-printing, planning, designing and Program management Expertise to drive large IT and Digital initiatives across BGSW CDO Office.
• Enterprise Technology and Experience across SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SCP, Fiori, BOBJ, Data and Analytics and other new age SAP Cloud and offerings, v SAP, .Net, Java, Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo DB and at least one full stack.
• Proficient in any one of the Azure /  AWS / GCP
• Cloud Solutions: exposure to any  Public cloud, and Hyperscalers – AWS, GCP, SCP, Salesforce and related solution (CRM, HCM ..)
• Analytics : Basic understanding of DWH, BI, Analytics, Data Lake & Datamesh
• Cloud Computing, Mobile, Application and Database :
• API Economy(, MEAN and MERN Stack), UI/UX.
• Deep Knowledge of Enterprise Application S/4HANA, Cloud computing (Azure /AWS / GCP)
• Solution design across Web, Mobile, interactive endpoints, etc, Solutions designer for Mobile technologies, deep experience in Enterprise Mobile Technologies, distributed architecture, and SOA

• Innovative, Thought leadership, Futuristic and Consultative Focus:
• Researching new technologies to optimize the current solutions and to make them sustainable for the future, applying in-house standards and market best practices
• Link design and architecture to enterprise standards and industry best practices
• Contribute to / lead various Digital Transformation engagements that involve assessment and discovery of current business models and capabilities and proposing, architecting and implementing digital solutions that are aligned to organizational near term and long term business goals
• Keeping up to date on cutting edge technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment
• Develop roadmaps to provide guidance for both product managers and engineering teams on the usage of new technologies and how to achieve our longer-term platform goals

• Communication and Collaboration:
• Partner closely with development and delivery teams and with business partners in a fast-moving, application development environment that embraces Agile, DevOps, and cloud practices
• Managing Alliance with Internal and external Partners – Locally and Globally
• Communicate and drive highly complex IT solutions to broad audiences/executives, business leaders, product managers, Legal, Security, and implementation specialists
• Communicating solution approaches to peer architects, project teams and other stakeholders
• Assist software selection in accordance to IT strategic objectives
• Demonstrated ability to describe non-functional requirements (qualities) and translate into architecture constraints
• Experience in articulating architectures to cross-functional architecture and business teams
• Experiencing delivering solutions in a DevOps environment and working knowledge of one or more. CI/CD toolchains

• Experience of 10 – 15 years in IT Consulting implementation, PreSales, Solutioning, and Architecture Design and Development, Innovation management and Application support.  
• B.E/ B.Tech / M.C.A  from reputed university
• Good communication and presentation skills
