Contribute to on-going data governance and cleansing and maintenance of customer, customer hierarchy, contact and product data by driving data entry standards for formatting, completeness, and accuracy for attributes within the customer and product master.
Execute data scrubbing and data transformation through data cleansing exercising resulting in enriched, accurate, complete, and current data sets.
Provide day-to-day support to cross-functional internal and external customers as related to customer accounts which include legal entities, locations and contacts data elements and attributes.
Responsible for ongoing data quality initiatives such as research, match/merging and various aspects of data cleansing to remediate issues identified.
Actively participate in team objectives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to coordinate multiple task completions timely and effectively.
Exceptional communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams)
Experience using Oracle and Salesforce desired.
Previous experience in Master Data Management (MDM) or Data Steward role a plus
Team player with a positive attitude
BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of work experience
Background in Library Science a plus
