Our Customer Operations team is committed to empowering Karat’s customer partnerships through tool automation, insightful analytics, and a higher level of support throughout the entire customer journey.
As a Data Analyst, you will write custom SQL queries to ensure the Company’s customers have accurate reporting on performance. Working closely with various Go-to-Market teams, this individual will ensure Karat is providing the most thorough insights to customers, enhancing the impact of the company product and purpose.
We are looking to hire this position out of India. Once successfully onboarded, core working hours will predominantly be IST, with required internal meetings that align with timezones in the U.S.
Onboarding may be up to 120 days; schedules may align more heavily with U.S. core hours during this window.
