Roles & Responsibilities


  • Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate results to business stakeholders.
  • Provide Incentive Compensation analytics support to business on various high complex and sensitive sales force Incentive Operations (Plan Design, IC administration, IC reporting, contest operations etc.).
  • Facilitating data enabled decision making for business by providing and communicating insights & recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics.
  • Understand Pharma commercial data sets like DDD, NPA, NSP, APLD, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, internal CRM data etc. and can triangulate data from multiple sources that drives commercial effectiveness.
  • Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Be proactive in planning; anticipate change and act in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics. Collaborate with business stakeholders for day-to-day project activities. Collaborate with vendor/partner teams as required
  • Collaborate with matrix partners, including IT to develop & enhance data, data pipelines & analytical tools for efficient data collection, processing and analysis
  • Maintain process assets (SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps etc.) and establish best practices.
  • Work with Project manager/lead to drive efficiencies, innovation and automation across the processes. Coordinate with vendor teams (if any) as and when required
  • Provide input into performance of team members and support Project manager into teams’ career development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in biopharma
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
  • Manage multiple workstreams with varying priorities and deadlines; help junior members prioritize work accordingly to deliver timely and high-quality work
Skills and competencies
  • Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong SQL, Excel, MS-Office skills (PowerPoint). Having python knowledge is plus
  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Should have experience managing team of 3-8 members
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner
  • Strong business acumen, and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights, and recommendations
Experience & Qualifications
  • We welcome candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in technology/management or engineering with a strong record of analytic and quantitative work.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in IC Analytics & IC Reporting and leading techno-functional teams for delivery of IC engagements
  • Preferred working experience with life sciences industry and Incentive Compensation Delivery
  • Experience in other commercial strategy and operations processes like Targeting, Segmentation, Sales force Sizing & Structuring, Call Planning, Territory Alignment, Field Reporting etc. will be added advantage.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
