A Data Analyst in the RSO Insights and Operations team helps craft, implement and measure the impact of various initiatives, and serve as a thought-partner to the GTM and field ops teams (including Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success).

What you’ll do:


  • Build reports using SQL to extract data and analyze performance against key metrics


  • Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards


  • Leverage existing datasets and dashboards to perform ad-hoc data analysis


  • Recommend and outline new datasets or changes needed in Snowflake datasets for the purpose of doing more complex data analytics


  • Recommend business process improvement through data analysis and testing


  • Present findings and analysis to department leadership


Experience you’ll bring:


  • Experience in advanced data analysis using R, Python preferred


  • Understanding of data warehouse data modeling and Snowflake schemas


Requirements:


  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of related or equivalent experience


  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum qualification.


  • Strong Tableau skills, design, develop, test, and deployment


  • Proficient using SQL to query large data sets


  • Experience working in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or similar


  • Advanced Excel skills


Travel Requirements:


While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. Learn new tasks, remember processes, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
