Summary:

The Go-To-Market Data and Analytics team is looking for talented individuals like you.


About the Role:


  • Be a self-starter with a curiosity to explore large volumes of data and have the patience to extract, prepare and scrub data for analysis
  • Have the curiosity to interrogate data, conduct independent research, utilize various techniques to analyze it and, if need be, tackle ambiguous problems with maturity
  • Work with various business stakeholders, understand their individual needs and design custom dashboards
  • Derive business insights and make recommendations
  • Work well within a team and can collaborate with colleagues across domains and geographies
  • Excellent visual communicator with extensive awareness of data visualization principles and best practices
  • 1-3 years of strong experience as a Tableau/BI Developer with a demonstrated ability to build high quality dashboards in one of the major BI tools (Tableau / PowerBI)
  • Recent experience using Tableau (ver. 2023.3 and above) preferable, with deep knowledge of Tableau’s complete menu of functionalities
  • Has worked on Tableau Server Repository and knows about the tables and views in the workgroup
  • Experience being a Tableau Server Admin would be useful, but not necessary

About You


  • Has working knowledge of SQL
  • Has built workflows using Alteryx (good to have)
  • Knowledge of dbt is good to have, but not necessary
  • Conceptual understanding of databases, data warehouses and data modelling
  • Experienced with data wrangling and manipulation, and analyzing data from core platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, Enterprise Data Warehouse) and similar systems (good to have)
  • Previous work experience with Marketing and Sales data
  • Develop a sound understanding of each business and its processes, reconcile those with probable KPIs and derive insights
  • Ability to conduct walk-through meetings with stakeholders
  • Has excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong logical approach to problem-solving
  • Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex results in a simple and concise manner to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
  • Graduates from any stream (background in STEM would be great)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and able to meet the changing demands of the business and projects
  • Excellent communications skills and has the right attitude/personality of a team player
  • A demonstrable ability to assimilate new information thoroughly and quickly
  • Good sense of humor, emotional maturity to take supervision and the ability to work well under pressure
